About Me

My name is Kathy Green and I specialize in helping concerned sellers get rid of unwanted properties. I purchase properties in many greater Cincinnati neighborhoods, in any condition. I will work alongside you to find a solution to relieve you of your problem house.

I began my work as a realtor in 1998 and since that time I have successfully put together and been a part of many deals. This experience has given me a creative outlook and the ability to think outside the box to find solutions to difficult situations and problems.

Currently I am putting my skills and years of education and experience to use as a housing provider. I am helping everyday people out of unfortunate situations due to unwanted or "unsellable" houses.

Call me and let's talk over your situation.
